About the Organizer
Mineral Exploration and Consultancy Limited (MECL), a Miniratna-I CPSE under the Ministry of Mines, has been serving
the nation since 1972 as its premier mineral exploration agency. Headquartered at Nagpur, MECL's vision is "to be the
mineral explorer to the nation and beyond," with a mission "to provide high quality, cost-effective and time-bound
geo-scientific services for exploration and exploitation of minerals."
Founded as an autonomous public sector company, MECL was created to undertake systematic mineral exploration and
to bridge the critical gap between the discovery of mineral prospects and their eventual exploitation.
